Lisa Melendy teaches high school at Ocala Preparatory Academy.  A member of Civil Air Patrol for over 6 years, she is also the current Commander of the CAP Marion County Composite Squadron, where she manages the day-to-day responsibilities of  50 personnel within the nation's largest CAP Group.  Lisa has an MBA with an Accounting emphasis from St Leo University, and has been president of the Marion County Aerospace Foundation since 2024.  She is passionate about seeking out and leveraging the expertise of like-minded Central Forida stakeholders as MCAF works to assist the youth of Marion County pursue their aviation dreams.

Frank Vice has a BA in Mathematics and teaches high school at Ocala's First Assembly Christian School.  He is a former pastor and retired Assemblies of God World Missionary (with personal experience in Indonesia).  Frank was a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force Reserves and has been a private pilot for 50 years.  A senior member and former Deputy Commander for seniors at the Marion County Composite Squadron, Frank has devoted his life toward helping Central Florida youth pursue aviation and develop a love of country.

Allen Ashley is the Transportation Officer for the Civil Air Patrol Marion County Composite Squadron.  He is a retired United States Air Force Reserve Flight Medic with 32 years within the Strategic/Tactical Aerovac community.

Joe Bjornstad has been involved with aviation for 30 years.  He served for 23 years in the U.S. Army working on all variants of Army aircraft.  He holds a license from the FAA as an Airframe & Powerplant mechanic, and holds FAA certificates as a Private Pilot and Commercial Drone Pilot.  He is currently the Squadron NCO for the Civil Air Patrol's Marion County Composite Squadron, working with the squadron in Aerospace Education and Emergency Services while assisting the commander with squadron administration.
